Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to take ownership of client accounting across a portfolio of growing companies. You will work with international clients, founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals to ensure accurate accounting and on‑time deliverables.

You will oversee full‑cycle accounting, month‑end close and financial reporting while identifying issues early and proposing practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience including full‑cycle accounting, month‑end close and financial reporting.
• Big Four experience is required for this role.
• Experience in a client‑facing accounting, public accounting, audit or advisory environment.
• Role is 100% in English; strong communication with clients and founders is essential.
• Experience with SaaS, technology, fintech or Web3 companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts with accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and financial statements.
• Review accounting work to ensure quality and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals to address questions and provide guidance.
• Manage deadlines and priorities, proactively communicating when attention is needed.
• Support year‑end compilations, audits, reviews and tax‑related work.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and controls.
• Coach junior accounting team members and handle complex accounting issues.
