Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to own client relationships and oversee accounting for a portfolio of growing tech companies. You’ll work directly with founders, CFOs, and senior finance professionals to ensure accurate reporting and proactive guidance.

The role is remote, English-only, with high autonomy and opportunities to grow into broader advisory and leadership responsibilities. You’ll mentor junior staff and collaborate on complex finance projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting with client-facing experience.
• Big Four experience required.
• Excellent English communication.
• Experience with SaaS/fintech/Web3 is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and ensure timely deliverables.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Review work for quality and accuracy across client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements and analysis.
• Collaborate with founders and CFOs to advise on financial matters.
• Mentor junior accountants and guide the team.
• Support year-end compilations, audits and tax work.
