Convoy Finance in Argentina is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting work for a portfolio of growing companies. You will work remotely with international clients, founders and senior finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely deliverables.

You will lead month-end close, supervise staff, and provide accounting guidance while identifying process improvements. This role emphasizes English communication and close collaboration with cross-border teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Big Four experience is required with high standards in demanding client environments.
• CPA designation or active pursuit is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS, technology, fintech or Web3 companies is a plus.
• This role is 100% in English.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts with accurate, timely accounting and reporting.
• Leading and overseeing full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Reviewing accounting work for quality and consistency.
• Preparing financial statements, management reports and analyses.
• Collaborating with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to answer questions.
• Managing deadlines and priorities, communicating when attention is needed.
• Supporting year-end compilations, audits, reviews and tax work.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and controls.
• Coaching and supporting junior team members.
• Taking ownership of complex accounting issues and advising clients.
