Convoy Finance in Argentina is seeking an Accounting Manager to take ownership of client portfolios and oversee full-cycle accounting for growing companies. You will work directly with international clients, founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals, ensuring accurate reporting and timely deliverables.

The role is remote, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, staff mentorship and hands-on accounting leadership across multiple client engagements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Experience in financial reporting and client-facing accounting/advisory environments.
• Big Four experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts and ensure timely accounting deliverables.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to address questions.
• Mentor junior staff and drive improvements in processes and controls.
