Job summary

Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to own portfolio accounting for growth-stage clients, working remotely from Argentina. You will lead full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting while guiding a small team and liaising directly with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals.

You’ll be responsible for accurate deliverables, proactive issue identification, and constructive guidance to ensure client success across international engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Significant experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Big Four experience and client-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts with timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review work for quality and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to address queries and guidance.
• Coach junior team members and manage competing priorities.
• Support advisory and finance projects as needed.
