Job summary

Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager for client accounting and advisory services. This remote, full-time role involves overseeing accounting work for a portfolio of growing companies, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and insightful financial reporting.

You will interact with international clients, founders and senior finance professionals, guiding the team and driving improvements in processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience including full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Big Four experience is preferred and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and ensure timely delivery of accounting and reporting work.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to resolve issues and provide guidance.
