Job summary

Convoy Finance is hiring an Accounting Manager to take ownership of client accounting work for a portfolio of growing companies. You will lead full-cycle accounting, close processes and financial reporting, while guiding junior staff and ensuring timely deliverables for international clients.

This hands-on role emphasizes business understanding, proactive issue identification and advisory input, all in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Big Four experience preferred and strong client-facing track record.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee a portfolio of client accounts with timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead full-cycle accounting, month-end close, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to answer questions.
