Job summary

Convoy Finance is hiring an Accounting Manager to own client accounting for growing tech and fintech clients. You will lead full‑cycle accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting, while partnering with founders and senior finance teams to add value beyond the numbers.

You will review work, guide a team, manage priorities, and help clients navigate complex issues. Strong English, Big Four background, and remote collaboration are prized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with client-facing work.
• Significant experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close and reporting.
• Big Four experience and high standards of quality are required.
• English speaking and written communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts with timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close including reconciliations.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams for guidance.
• Coach junior accountants and manage team priorities around client needs.
