Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting work for international clients, including founders and CFOs. The role is hands-on and client-facing, with ownership over accounting accuracy, timely delivery, and strategic advisory input.

You will work directly with international clients and senior finance professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables while mentori ng junior staff and contributing to process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in full-cycle accounting
• Experience working in client-facing accounting, audit or advisory environments
• Strong English communication and ability to explain numbers clearly
• CPA designation or pursuing CPA is a plus, Big Four experience required

Mansioni

• Own portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and analyses
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to provide guidance and resolve issues
• Manage deadlines and priorities, pro-actively flag attention if needed
• Support year-end compilations, audits, reviews and tax-related work
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and controls
• Coach junior accounting team members and guide complex accounting issues
