Job summary

Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting across a portfolio of growing companies. You will work directly with international clients, founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals to ensure accurate accounting and timely deliverables.

You’ll review and mentor junior accountants, own month‑end close, and help drive advisory insights beyond the books. This role is 100% English and remote, with US$24k–$48k annual compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Big Four experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts with accurate, timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review work and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and analyses.
• Work with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to resolve questions and guide clients.
