Job summary

Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of growing companies and serve as a trusted partner to clients worldwide. You will manage end-to-end accounting, ensure timely delivery, and provide strategic financial guidance.

The role emphasizes ownership, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with founders and CFOs to solve complex accounting and advisory questions in a 100% English environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience in client-facing accounting, public accounting, audit or advisory environments (Big Four preferred).
• Strong English communication and ability to work across international clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts with accurate, timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to answer questions and guide clients.
