Job summary

Convoy Finance, Argentina-based remote role, seeks an Accounting Manager who can own and oversee client accounting for tech and SaaS firms. You will manage month-end processes, deliver accurate financial statements, and guide junior staff while engaging with founders and CFOs.

You will work 100% in English with international clients, training and mentoring colleagues, and driving process improvements. Prior Big Four exposure is valued and a CPA-related credential is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Big Four experience is required.
• Own full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Work with clients, founders and senior finance professionals, in English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and ensure accurate and timely delivery of accounting and reporting work.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR and financial statement preparation.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to answer questions and provide guidance.
