Convoy Finance in Argentina seeks an Accounting Manager to own client accounting for a growing portfolio. You will work with international clients, founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals to ensure accurate month-end close, reporting and timely deliverables.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes business insight, process improvement and advisory support, with English required and Big Four exposure preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, Big Four exposure preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting experience.
• Client-facing accounting/advisory experience is valued.

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts with timely, accurate reporting.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close including reconciliations.
• Review work for quality, consistency and accuracy across deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams for guidance.
• Manage deadlines, priorities and proactive client communication.
• Support year-end compilations, audits, and tax-related work.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and handle complex issues.
• Contribute to advisory and finance projects as they arise.
