Convoy Finance in Argentina is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting across a growing tech-focused portfolio, coordinating remotely with international founders and CFOs.

You will lead full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close, ensuring accurate reporting while mentoring junior staff and guiding clients through complex issues. Strong English skills and Big Four experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting, with client-facing, public accounting or advisory experience.
• Big Four experience is required for this role.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close; ensure on-time client deliverables.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, founders and senior finance professionals in English.
• Experience mentoring accountants and guiding work quality.
• Partial overlap with Eastern Time; 9am–6pm ET is a plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Taxprep or CaseWare; SaaS/tech/Web3 industry exposure.
• CPA designation or active pursuit is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts with accurate on-time reporting.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations and journals.
• Review work for quality and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Work with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to provide guidance.
• Manage deadlines and priorities; communicate when attention is needed.
• Support year-end compilations, audits and advisory projects.
• Coach junior team members and advise on complex issues.
• Build long-term client relationships as a trusted accounting partner.
