Job summary

Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager for its Remote role in Argentina. You will oversee client accounting, drive full‑cycle close and financial reporting, and partner with founders and CFOs across international clients. The position emphasizes ownership, advisory input, and quality deliverables in English.

You’ll mentor staff, improve processes, and support audits and tax-related work while operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
Big Four experience is required for this role.
Experience working with clients, founders, CFOs and senior finance teams.
Role is 100% in English; strong English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts with accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
Oversee full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to provide accounting guidance and insights.
Mentor junior accountants and support advisory projects as needed.
Coordinate with clients to ensure deadlines and priorities are met and communication is proactive.
