Job summary

Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to take ownership of client accounting across multiple growing companies, working remotely with international clients. You’ll ensure accurate, timely accounting, lead month-end closes, and provide strategic financial insights to founders and CFOs.

You will oversee a hands-on team, review complex issues, and help clients navigate financial processes while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Big Four experience required with high standards of quality.
• Experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience working with SaaS/fintech/Web3 clients is a plus.
• English communication with clients and founders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee accounting work for a portfolio of growing companies.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close with reconciliations and reporting.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to advise on accounting questions.
• Coach and mentor junior accounting team members.
• Support advisory and finance projects as they arise.
