Pavago is seeking an Account Manager for a remote role focused on partnerships in higher education and nonprofit sectors. You will own day-to-day partner success, keep campaigns on track, and collaborate with the Account Director on larger accounts.

The role emphasizes proactive communication and cross-team coordination to deliver strong results. You’ll manage timelines, deliverables, and performance reporting, while spotting renewal and upsell opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in marketing/agency.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to translate partner needs into internal direction.
• Analytical mindset with campaign performance review experience.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Be the day-to-day contact for assigned partners, ensuring clear, proactive communication.
• Lead partner check-ins with strong agendas and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal directives and track scope.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaigns with timelines and quality control.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against goals including budget pacing, inquiries, and enrollments.
• Identify renewal and upsell opportunities and support proposals with the AD.
• Assist onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strong.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing processes as requested.
