Job summary

3M is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote LATAM-focused role in performance marketing for universities and nonprofits. You’ll be the primary day-to-day contact, owning partner success, managing campaigns, and coordinating with creative, paid media, and analytics teams to drive enrollments, applications, inquiries, and donations.

You’ll work closely with an Account Director on larger accounts while independently managing partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in marketing/agency.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication — clear, friendly, proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to translate partner needs into actionable internal direction.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear, proactive, and partner-first.
• Run partner check-ins with strong agendas, alignment notes, and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and keep detailed records on scope, deliverables, and status.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team, pull reports, and surface insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned so execution stays smooth.
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing, inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
• Spot retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities early and support proposals with the Account Director.
• Assist with onboarding and new business support to help partnerships start strong.
