Job summary

Impulso Media is seeking an Account Manager to own day-to-day partner success for university and nonprofit accounts. This remote role focuses on keeping campaigns on track, aligning deliverables, and driving performance in collaboration with an Account Director.

You will serve as the main contact for partners, coordinating campaigns, monitoring results, and identifying renewal or upsell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships across multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management (marketing/agency experience preferred).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication — clear, friendly, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to translate partner needs into actionable internal direction.
• Comfortable using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing performance reports and campaign data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear and partner-first.
• Run partner check-ins with strong agendas, alignment notes, and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and maintain records on scope, deliverables, and status.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team, pull reports, and surface insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing, inquiries, applications, enrollments.
• Identify renewal/upsell opportunities and support proposals with the Account Director.
• Assist with onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strong.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing as requested to help account financial health.
