Job summary

ScaleHouse Talent in LATAM is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote, USD-paid role focused on universities and nonprofit partners. You’ll own day-to-day partner success, keep campaigns on track, and collaborate with an Account Director on larger accounts.

You’ll translate partner needs into actionable steps, coordinate campaigns end-to-end, monitor performance, and support renewals and upsell opportunities, all while maintaining proactive, clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in marketing/agency.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication—clear, friendly, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to translate partner needs into actionable internal direction.
• Comfortable using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing performance reports and campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear and partner-first.
• Run partner check-ins with strong agendas, alignment notes, and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and keep records on scope and status.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team, pull reports, and surface insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned so execution stays smooth and predictable.
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing, inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
• Spot retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities early and support proposals with the Account Director.
• Assist with onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strong.
• Assist with account financial health by supporting reporting accuracy and invoicing as requested.
