Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes from design through governance and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to ensure scalable, compliant processes across the organization.

The role, based in LATAM and remote, offers opportunities to shape HR workflows, optimize data quality, and drive adoption with a focus on automation and AI-enabled enhancements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data-quality measures, service outcomes, or compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk/issue tracking, and escalations to meet milestones at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including intake/prioritization, approvals, version control, audit routines, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, reporting, and data quality.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, playbooks, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement via Voice of the Customer and data trends; explore automation/AI/self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities, including performance oversight and value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and enhancements.
