Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR functions, including documentation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize HR processes across LATAM and beyond.

The role is remote with a LATAM focus and involves governing process standards, enabling scalable design, and driving improvements through data, automation, and training.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 7+ years in HR Operations or related fields.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global/matrix environments.
• Experience presenting process performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes such as Compensation, Performance, Talent.
• Manage project plans, governance, risk and issue tracking at scale.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, automation, AI-enabled and self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and contract alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches.
