Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR functional processes, including documentation, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across Centers of Excellence, HRSS, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize processes and drive high-quality talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years in HR Operations or related fields.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting process performance data to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS platform and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards, decision frameworks, and operating routines.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes including Compensation, Performance, Talent, and Benefits processes.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risks, and escalations to ensure timely, accurate, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish process governance, intake prioritization, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with Workday Solutions Architecture, IT, HRSS, and Data teams to enable automation and integrations.
• Build Standard Work, training content, job aids, and process maps for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from Voice of the Customer and data trends; pursue automation and self-service.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure sustained value.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and stakeholder adoption.
