Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, governance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to ensure high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto.

The role is remote within LATAM with global scope. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR Operations or transformation, expertise in Workday, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in HR
• 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, Transformation, or BPM
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with multiple HR functions
• Experience presenting process performance reports and KPIs to senior stakeholders
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HRIS, plus English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes
• Manage project plans, cadences, and risk tracking at scale
• Establish and maintain process governance, approvals, and audit routines
• Partner with IT, HRSS, data teams to enable scalable design and reporting
• Build and maintain standard work, training content, and process maps
• Drive continuous improvement from customer feedback and data trends
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption
