Job summary

Meta is seeking an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist for LATAM to drive end-to-end direct sales with mid to large clients. You will design technical solutions, lead client workshops, and articulate business value for AI and Business Messaging.

Based in Buenos Aires, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Partners to scale adoption, manage a strategic pipeline, and close deals that unlock measurable outcomes for the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Enterprise sales experience.
• Executive maturity and ability to engage decision makers.
• Lead full sales cycles with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical with experience in large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and design technical solutions with clients to address business needs toward an AI Agentic future.
• Bring in advanced engineering resources as needed to accelerate new use cases.
• Leverage platform partners to build additional solutions as relevant.
• Bridge business and technical conversations to unlock budgets.
• Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases with commercial structure.
• Build strategic client plans to drive growth and manage pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with high-level decision makers across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale client-facing activities.
• Guide clients to optimal implementations across Meta's Business Messaging platform.
