Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands, communicate results to clients, and defend your strategies. You’ll work remotely from anywhere with US Eastern hours for calls and a heavy focus on ROI-driven growth.

You’ll manage feeds, tracking, and creative test plans, while building practical landing pages and scripts as needed to move metrics. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, showing CPA/ROAS results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overviews before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with separate reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded performance.
• Own the feed and tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions.
• Build landing pages or scripts when needed to remove bottlenecks.
