Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC accounts. You will manage budgets, run brand and performance campaigns, and own the client relationship with full accountability for results.

You will audit, optimize, and build assets, landing pages, and tracking frameworks. The role requires fluency in English and the ability to communicate strategy to clients during US Eastern hours.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, revenue, and changes made.
• Elite English communication for client-facing discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Analyze PMax, feed health, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene, promotions, and disapprovals.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
