Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a client portfolio and drive growth for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will manage Google accounts end to end, defend attribution decisions, and collaborate with teams on landing pages, feeds, and conversions.

You will work remotely with clients across US hours, measuring incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes. You will own the entire funnel, from feed to landing page, and you’ll be expected to audit

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS, and what changed to move metrics.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand vs non-brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end and be the client’s direct contact.
• Audits and documents account structure, keywords, and tracking before touching campaigns.
• Own feed, product titles, and promotions in Merchant Center.
• Build and deploy landing pages and scripts as needed.
• Communicate strategy and defend attribution decisions to clients.
