Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads efforts for DTC/ecommerce brands. You will directly interact with clients, present results, and drive strategy across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and related platforms.

You will audit accounts, defend your approach, and optimize using NC-CPA/NC-ROAS while collaborating with our team to deploy assets and landing pages. Remote role with US Eastern hours as a client contact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• - Fluency in English with strong client-facing communication.
• - Ability to own accounts end-to-end including client relationships.
• - Comfort with attribution discussions and deriving insights.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, terms, grief points, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report separately.
• Understand PMax and its impact across channels and site.
• Keep Google automation in check and own the feed and tracking.
• Build and ship landing pages or scripts as needed.
