Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own a full funnel—from feed to conversions—and serve as the direct client contact. You’ll audit, defend your decisions, and optimize for incremental growth across brand and non-brand campaigns. The role requires owning relationships and delivering measurable results.

You’ll work remotely with US Eastern hours, across DTC/eCommerce brands, building landing pages and AI-assisted assets as needed.

Qualifications

• Audit accounts before touch: review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impressions, feed health, landing pages, audiences, conversions.
• Own the client relationship: be the direct point of contact, present results and plans.
• Run end-to-end Google Ads: feed, Merchant Center, search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, pages and tracking.
• Know PMax and attribution: understand incremental CAC vs branded volume; defend your target.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact. Budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit every takeover with a real Loom walkthrough to explain findings and sell the plan.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report separately to show growth.
• Own the feed and tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions; fix bottlenecks.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting; leverage AI to ship solutions.
