Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will directly interact with clients, present plans, and defend decisions, owning the results and strategic direction.

The role requires fluency in English, deep expertise across campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), and the ability to audit, optimize, and build assets to scale growth. Remote work with US hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand vs non-brand campaigns.
• Ability to present results and defend decisions to clients.
• Fluent English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthrough.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities.
• Analyze attribution and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, ensure incrementality.
• Own the feed and tracking: Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, Shopify.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
