Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel across DTC accounts, from feed and Merchant Center to YouTube and landing pages. You will directly communicate with clients, lead strategy, and defend decisions based on attribution and performance data.

You will work remotely with teams worldwide, handling US Eastern hours for client calls. The role emphasizes ownership, build-native thinking, and a bias for growth over maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend across DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and communicate plans and results clearly.
• Strong understanding of attribution, NC-CPA and NC-ROAS frameworks.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Merchant Center.
• Experience deploying landing pages and assets (e.g., on Vercel) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Separate brand vs non-brand campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Manage feed, Merchant Center, and tracking; defend decisions to clients.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets to remove constraints.
• You can work asynchronously, but must handle US Eastern calls when needed.
