Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own a client’s paid performance end to end. You will manage accounts, write updates, run calls, defend your decisions, and own the results.

This role demands deep expertise in DTC advertising, attribution, and data-driven growth. You will optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, build landing pages and tracking, and communicate in English with clients during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with real ad budgets across DTC/eCommerce.
• Proven ability to present results and defend strategies.
• Experience with PMax and brand/non-brand campaigns.
• Fluent English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads accounts and act as client liaison.
• Audit accounts and present findings via Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities.
• Analyze attribution and holdout tests to prove impact.
• Build landing pages and tracking when needed for performance.
• Work US Eastern business hours; remote worldwide; client-facing role.
