Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for a set of DTC accounts. You will directly interact with clients, write updates, run calls, and defend your decisions.

You’ll handle feed, tracking, and creative optimization, aiming for incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS improvements. You can work from anywhere; US Eastern hours for calls, with flexible daily logistics.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and client point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Differentiate brand vs non-brand campaigns and report separately.
• Understand PMax implications and attribution models; defend your plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage client updates, calls, and outcomes with ownership.
• Oversee feed health, landing pages, and conversion tracking end-to-end.
• Own tracking setup: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, enhanced conversions.
• Build landing pages or scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
