Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own Google Ads accounts end-to-end and serve as the client’s primary point of contact. You will drive the strategy, manage the funnel from feed to conversions, and defend decisions with data in a fully remote role.

You will work with ~50 DTC/eCommerce brands, managing budgets from $5k per month to six figures monthly. US Eastern hours are required, but the role offers broad global flexibility and accountability for

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit campaigns and structure before touching anything.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns with clear reporting.
• Understand and defend attribution models (NC-CPA/NC-ROAS).
• Manage feed health and Merchant Center integrations.
• Minimize over-reliance on Google automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit and optimize campaigns, ad groups, and feeds; present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Keep brand and non-brand efforts separate and report them distinctly.
• Apply PMax insights carefully and measure incremental impact.
• Manage feed, product data, and landing pages to improve conversions.
