Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own client accounts end-to-end, from strategy to execution, including the funnel, feed, tracking, and landing pages. Expect ownership of results, direct client communication, and a data-driven approach to attribution and growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on management, accountability, and rapid experimentation across DTC/eCommerce campaigns, with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money in DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns.
• Familiar with GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations.
• Able to build/ship landing pages using AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report accordingly.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental volume.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and tracking across GA4/GTM/Shopify.
• Be able to explain attribution and defend it to clients.
• Avail to work US Eastern business hours for calls.
