Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to drive excellence in technology hiring across the United States and Europe. You will lead recruiters and sourcers, shaping strategy, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to deliver top talent for software, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and product roles.

You will manage end-to-end tech recruitment projects, partner with global clients, and apply data-driven insights to improve quality of hire and time-to-fill.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior roles.
• Experience leading technology recruitment projects and workforce planning.
• Strong sourcing across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI/ML.
• Experience in RPO, staffing, agency, or global talent acquisition environments.
• Experience leading, mentoring, coordinating recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of recruiters and sourcers, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Drive end-to-end technology recruitment projects across multiple clients and units.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and ensure high-quality processes.
• Lead recruitment delivery across enterprise clients in US and Europe markets.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and client leaders with data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor metrics and implement plans to improve performance and efficiency.
