Promtior is seeking a Tech Lead with strong AI experience to guide technical teams, oversee code quality, and shape the architecture of agentic AI solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive backend/API design, mentor engineers across Python/Node.js stacks and frontend frameworks, and leverage AWS cloud services for scalable deployments. Hybrid work is offered across LATAM regions.

Formación

• 2+ years leading or coordinating development teams.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on production experience with agentic AI projects (LLMs, AI agents, AI-driven automation).
• Production experience with Python, Node.js, or similar languages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical teams through code supervision and quality assurance.
• Define technical guidelines, conduct code reviews, and support resolution of complex problems in agentic AI projects.
• Coordinate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, monitor team performance, and evaluate new technologies and AI models.
• Foster a collaborative environment, mentor team members, document technical decisions, and drive continuous process improvement.
