Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive service excellence across the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and mentor for recruiters and team members.

You will lead intake meetings with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and build talent pipelines across LATAM while keeping candidates engaged with timely updates. Knowledge of Workday and ATS tools is required, along with strong stakeholder management and cross‑country recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting across LATAM is required.
• Workday experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations with candidates and the business.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications.
• Collaborate on recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates.
• Determine offer details with market data and guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
