SunnyData is seeking a Lead Tech Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Data & AI roles across LATAM. You will act as an informal lead for the LATAM recruiting team, partnering with the VP of Talent Acquisition to shape hiring strategy and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tech recruiting, 2+ years leading a small team, and a strong focus on candidate experience and process improvement. English proficiency and cross-border LATAM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for Tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract Data & AI talent via multiple channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Lead LATAM recruiting efforts in partnership with the VP.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing, screening, and candidate experience.
• Balance multiple roles and priorities.
• Track pipeline and report progress to leadership.
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay current with Data & AI trends and Databricks ecosystem.
