Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive service excellence across the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and mentor for recruiters and team members.

You will lead intake meetings with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and build talent pipelines across LATAM while keeping candidates engaged with timely updates. Knowledge of Workday and ATS tools is required, along with strong stakeholder management and cross‑country recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting across LATAM is required.
• Workday experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Need someone who is good at setting expectations with candidates and the business
• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionspecifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strongcandidate slates, while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on theirprogress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data andcompensation guidelines to support recommendations.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• 7+ years experience recruiting across multiple countries in LATAM is required
• Workday experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (orequivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPOor agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
