SunnyData in Argentina is seeking an experienced Lead Tech Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team. You will source, engage, and hire top Data & AI talent, drive the recruitment process end-to-end, and act as an informal LATAM recruiting team lead.

You will help shape the future of our team and culture. Responsibilities include managing full lifecycle, coaching junior recruiters, partnering with hiring managers, and staying ahead of Data & AI trends.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for Tech roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading a small recruiting team, in a formal or informal lead role.
• Experience recruiting in LATAM, across multiple countries in the region.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Source and attract top Data & AI talent through a variety of channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Act as an informal lead for the LATAM recruiting team, in partnership with the VP of Talent Acquisition.
• Coach and mentor recruiters on sourcing, screening, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities.
