Cielo is seeking a Recruiter to manage the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for clients and delivering top talent. You will lead intake with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and maintain proactive communication with candidates from a remote ARG-based setup.

As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction to hiring leaders and help shape recruitment strategies across the organization.

Formación

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with successes in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data.
