Job summary

WSP, a global engineering and professional services firm, seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage software licensing across Latin America and international regions. You will coordinate licensing requests, track entitlements, renewals, and compliance, liaising with IT, Procurement, Finance and publishers.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models, and strong English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Experience with multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Proven ability to manage entitlements, renewals and optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to collaborate regionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchases.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering.
• Manage high-volume priorities and respond quickly to publishers.
