Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large portfolio in Latin America and other regions. You will interpret licensing terms, maintain asset records and coordinate renewals while collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams to support compliance and optimization.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge across models, and fluency in English and Spanish to liaise with regional and global

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM or ITAM experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize time-sensitive requests.
• Advanced English and Spanish; collaboration with regional/global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and vendors.
