Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join a global SAM team, managing licensing decisions and compliance across Latin America and international regions. You will handle high-volume requests, interpret complex licensing terms, and drive optimization across a diverse software portfolio.

Requires hands-on SAM and ITAM experience, and strong English and Spanish communication for regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience and significant licensing responsibilities.
Strong understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
Experience across a broad software portfolio and multiple publishers.
Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.
Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize publisher requests.
Analytical mindset with attention to licensing details.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records including purchasing data.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
