Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team, managing a large software portfolio across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to support licensing decisions, renewals and optimization, in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment.

The role requires hands-on licensing experience and strong English and Spanish language skills to work with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
Strong understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
Familiar with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accurate processing.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records including purchasing/licensing info.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors to resolve licensing needs.
