WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team, managing software licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineers to support licensing decisions, compliance and software optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud), and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management.
• Understanding of software licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Practical experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization and/or software audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize time-sensitive requirements; adapt between publishers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
