Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large multi-publisher software portfolio in LATAM and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure compliance, optimal utilization and timely service.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAM experience with licensing models, strong analytical skills, and the ability to juggle high-volume requests while maintaining accuracy in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience or IT Asset Management with significant SAM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records and purchasing info.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting; identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
• Handle high-priority requests while improving SAM processes.
