WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team. You will manage licensing across Latin America and other regions, ensuring accurate entitlements, renewals, and compliance while collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering.

The role requires hands-on licensing experience, knowledge of node-locked, concurrent, named-user and cloud licenses, and the ability to handle high-volume requests with attention to detail.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management, licensing or IT Asset Management with SAM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchasing and licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to SAM process improvements.
